WHY?
We created the Brand Intensive service because we saw a need to create an intensive-style service for our clients that allowed us to get bigger results in a shorter period of time. So, we thought to ourselves - what if we could eliminate any communication delays, and focus intensively on one client in order to complete their project all in one day or a week? From there our efficient Brand Intensive process was born.
HOW?
First, we’ll meet for a 30-minute complimentary consultation call so we can determine your branding needs and choose a schedule that works best for you. After you book your Brand day(s) into our schedule, we’ll meet for a 1-hour planning session at least 2 weeks before so we can create a to-do list and a detailed agenda for what we can accomplish together.
WHERE?
The entire brand intensive process is virtual (yes, you’re welcome to join in your pj’s in the comfort of your own home!). We’ll schedule milestone meetings throughout the process where we’ll jump on Slack or a Zoom call to communicate and provide feedback to one another.
I’m always looking for new ways to improve our design process so we can get more done in less time. This signature service is next-level efficient, and I know you’re going to love it.

Website refresh
Perfect if you already have an existing website and want to freshen up your website content! This includes but is not limited to copy edits, adding content, adding new pages, updating design elements, custom CSS edits, etc.
Squarespace website template customization/restyling
Perfect if you’ve purchased a Squarespace template and you need a designer to plug in your content, fonts and branding for you. Please note: you must have a pre-existing brand identity for this service.

How does it work and what is the process of booking?
STEP 1 - SCHEDULE YOUR CONSULTATION CALL
First, we’ll schedule a 30-minute consultation call with you so we can discuss your needs in more detail, and estimate how much time we’ll require to complete the items on your to-do list.
STEP 2 - SCHEDULE & PURCHASE YOUR DAY(S)
After your consultation call, we’ll send you an estimated schedule, and a link to book and purchase your date(s).
STEP 3 - PLAN
We will meet for a 1-hour planning session at least 2 weeks before your scheduled day(s) to ensure that we have everything we need from you to get started. Once we’ve determined all the tasks on your to-do list, we’ll make a plan and provide you with an agenda so we can prioritize which tasks to tackle first. Our agenda will also outline which times throughout the day we’ll need you to be “online” with us. Being “online” means we’ll need you to jump on our Slack chat for 15-30 minutes to provide your feedback on the work we’ve completed. We’ll send you a link to our private Slack channel before our designated time together, and you’ll have access to the channel for up to 30 days post-project.
STEP 4 - EXECUTE
On the day of your designated day(s), we’ll start working on your tasks in the morning with the aim to provide you with a check-in of where we’re at mid-day. At mid-day, we’ll schedule a 15-30 minute Slack chat (we’ll use Zoom, or a phone call if necessary) where you’ll have your opportunity to provide us with feedback.
Do you offer payment plans?
Custom payment plans are offered upon request. We accept all major credit cards through our payment processor, Stripe. E-transfers are also accepted at hello@clairemccallumcreative.com.
Do we have to be in the same time zone?
Nope! In fact, majority of our clients are outside of our time zones.
We try our best to schedule our intensive days from 9:30 am-5 pm EST, but if you’re outside of our time zone, then we’ll do our best to be flexible with you! Please contact us for more details.
What do I need to have prepared beforehand?
Efficiency and organization are absolutely crucial for a productive experience together so that we can achieve as much as possible in the designated timeline. We’ll send a detailed list of items we’ll need you to prepare beforehand in order for us to complete the work for you in the timeframe. Each project varies, but here are a few examples of what we usually request:
Mini-brand projects - You’ll need to fill out our brand clarity questionnaire, and provide us to a links and/or images of inspiration for your project
Website maintenance and updates - You’ll need to have a detailed list of the work you’d like completed, any copy updates that need to be made, photography that you’d like to include, along with providing us login access to your website platform.
Are there any services that are not included within the brand intensive service?
Yes, there are services that are best booked outside of our Brand VIP Day due to their complexity. We require custom website design and brand identity design projects to be booked separately.
Do I get 24/7 access to you on the day I've booked my Brand VIP Day?
Although we’d love to give you 24/7 access to us, this would kill our productivity and we wouldn’t get much done for your brand! If we require your feedback at any portion of the process then we schedule a Zoom call or choose a specific time to jump on Slack at either at the beginning, middle, or end of the day to avoid back-and-forth email conversations.
