During the first two weeks of our project together, we work with you to strategize your business goals, target audience, tone of voice, and brand values. We do this through a 3-hour intensive brand strategy workshop. By the end of the session, you’ll gain a brand strategy + creative direction document that will give you a clear direction for your brand that you and your team can reference as you continue to grow your business.

A detailed brand strategy + style guide is included with every brand identity package to educate you and your team on not only how to use your new designs effectively but also how to execute your brand strategy effortlessly as you continue to grow your business. This detailed guide will serve as the framework for your brand through each new package and/or service launch to ensure that you and your team stay focused on your goals.

All brand identity design projects include 1 primary logo, 1-2 secondary logos, a custom colour palette and a font curation. You also have the option to add-on additional brand assets of your choice.

Each business has different ways to connect with their audience. We’ll work together during your consultation call to decide which brand assets you should add to your project.

At the end of our project together, we’ll meet to go through your final deliverables and brand guidelines document so that you’ll understand how to manage your brand on your own. We will also include tutorials and templates for your brand assets so that you can easily update the files as you continue to grow your brand and create new offers.

30-day post-project support comes with all of our signature packages. Upon booking, you’ll receive an exclusive “clients only” booking link, where you can book up to three, 1-hour consultation calls with us up to 30-days post-project.

OUR PROCESs

Our goal is to make the entire process as simple and streamlined as possible for you.

STEP 1

Pre-project (upon booking)

• Your project deposit is due

• You'll be sent all homework items and invited to our shared project board in Asana

• We'll reach out to schedule a project kick-off call

• We’ll meet for our project kick-off call (at least 2 weeks before our project start date) so you can ask all the questions you need before starting your homework.

STEP 2

Client Homework (due before the design process)

• Any content for the project is due (ex. photography, website copy, etc)

• Sit back and relax, we'll take the rest from here - all you need to do is show up for our scheduled meetings and provide your feedback!

When you invest in a project with us, you’re not only investing in a beautiful visual identity design but also a brand strategy that ensures your brand will gain the results and profits you deserve. During our 3-hour workshop, we’ll go over our 6-step brand strategy framework before we begin the brand design process.

DESIGN MILESTONE #1

The Brand Strategy + Style Presentation

We’ll meet 2-4 weeks after your brand strategy workshop for our first design milestone meeting. During this 90-minute session, we’ll review your brand strategy, and also showcase a first look at the creative direction for your brand. You’ll have your first opportunity to provide feedback during this meeting. After we’ve gained your feedback, we’ll take another 1-2 weeks to revise the concepts before our next milestone together.

DESIGN MILESTONE #2

Feedback Meeting

We’ll meet 1-2 weeks after our first design milestone to showcase the first full picture of your designs. You’ll have your second opportunity to provide feedback during this meeting. Once we gain your feedback, we’ll take another 1-2 weeks to revise the concepts before our next feedback round.

DESIGN MILESTONE #3

Final Feedback Meeting

We’ll meet one last time to gain your final feedback. Once we make the last tweaks, we spend at least 1 week exporting all of the different file types you’ll need from our project together.

DESIGN MILESTONE #5

Final Delivery Call

We’ll meet one last time to go through your final deliverables and brand style guide so you can understand how to manage your brand assets on your own.

Even though our branding project is completed, we're still here to support you! You'll be provided with a link to our calendar where you can book up to 3, complimentary 1-hour calls with us within the 30-day time period for any existing questions or support. After your 30-day post-project support period has ended, you'll have the opportunity to work with us on a monthly retainer basis, or book additional calls so we can continue to support you.
